Innoanswers Corporation ("Innoanswers", "we", "us") delivers artificial intelligence systems engineering, private cognitive software platforms (including InnoCore™, InnoFlow™, InnoGuard™, and InnoData™), and strategic transformation advisory for Fortune 1000 and regulated institutional organizations.
Unlike consumer AI utilities or multi-tenant aggregator APIs, our foundational premise is Data Sovereignty. We design, deploy, and configure architectures so that our enterprise clients retain exclusive legal ownership, physical possession, and cryptographic control over their data, prompts, training assets, and model weights.
Under no circumstances will customer data, operational documents, user telemetry, or inference prompts be utilized to train, retrain, or improve public or multi-tenant foundation models. Fine-tuned weights created during an institutional engagement remain the exclusive intellectual property of the commissioning client.
2. Data Classification & Processing Architectures
We classify and manage data across three distinct deployment topologies:
- Air-Gapped Sovereign Enclaves: Deployed on client-owned bare metal or SCIF environments with zero internet egress. All inference, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration occur locally with no external telemetry.
- Dedicated Client Virtual Private Clouds (VPC): Hosted within client AWS, Azure, or GCP tenancies. Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256 with customer-managed KMS keys) ensures Innoanswers personnel have zero access to production data.
- Innoanswers Dedicated Diagnostic Sandboxes: Ephemeral staging environments utilized during structured discovery workshops. Sandboxes execute inside dedicated single-tenant clusters and are cryptographically scrubbed upon engagement completion.

4. Cryptographic Provenance & Audit Lineage
All queries executed through the InnoCore™ RAG Engine and InnoFlow™ Multi-Agent Fabric record an immutable SHA-256 hash of:
- Source document chunk identifiers and retrieval similarity scores
- Tokenizer metadata, temperature parameters, and foundation model versioning
- Inbound and outbound prompt safety inspection checks logged by InnoGuard™
- Human reviewer approval or exception override decisions
These audit logs are stored in customer-controlled immutable ledgers, providing total defensibility during regulatory examinations or internal risk evaluations.
5. Ephemeral Processing & Cryptographic Erasure
By default, our proxy and orchestration architectures operate in an ephemeral state. Inference payloads are held in volatile memory only for the duration of the request lifecycle and discarded immediately upon completion. When storage is required (such as for vector indices in InnoData™), clients maintain the encryption keys (BYOK) and can trigger instant cryptographic erasure at any time.
